Dechen Lhamo serves as Head of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at the College of Science and Technology, where she also leads the programme and contributes to national initiatives such as the Bhutan Satellite Project and the National Credit Transfer Framework. She is currently pursing her PhD.
